The months have flown by, and the end of the year is fast approaching. 2025 has been marked by mass layoffs, unexpected turns, and, most notably, some fantastic surprises from the indie scene, with titles like Clair Obscur, Hollow Knight Silksong, and more recently, Dispatch. For PS Plus subscribers, opinions are likely divided on the year, which concludes with price hikes and games that many view as less exciting, despite a few standout day-one releases on PlayStation Plus Extra.
While Sony has already teased what these subscribers can expect next month, we’ve been eagerly awaiting the reveal of the three free games that will be available to all PS Plus members in December 2025. The wait is finally over, and to our surprise, there’s more than usual!
December 2025 PS Plus Games Revealed
This is a must-see event for subscribers before the first Tuesday of the following month. It may sound complicated, but seasoned users know that PlayStation follows a strict communication schedule, and it’s on this date that the new free games offered to all PS Plus members, regardless of their subscription plan, are revealed. For newcomers, these titles are kept indefinitely and are accessible as long as the subscription remains active. So, here’s a quick reminder: you’ve only got a few days left to claim the current free games, including Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. In a few days, they will be replaced by the three free PS Plus games for December 2025, which are:
- LEGO Horizon Adventures | PS5
- Killing Floor 3 | PS5
- The Outlast Trials | PS4, PS5
- Synduality Echo of Ada | PS5
- Neon White | PS4, PS5

When will the December 2025 PS Plus games be available?
The five new free PS Plus games for December 2025 will be available starting Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at around 11 a.m. CEST. As for next month’s additions to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalogs, the details are already well-defined. Sony has confirmed three games: the native PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption, launching alongside this quintet; Skate Story, the new release from Devolver Digital, due on December 8; and finally, Soulcalibur 3, exclusively for PS Plus Premium members.
