This announcement comes four years after the game was first teased at the 2021 PlayStation Showcase, generating excitement among fans of the Spider-Man franchise and PlayStation players alike. Set to bring Logan’s next adventure to the PS5 in autumn 2026, Marvel’s Wolverine is poised to join the ranks of highly anticipated titles for that year. However, the timing of this release now directly overlaps with GTA 6, which is now scheduled to launch just a few months later, on November 19, 2026.
Despite the obvious challenges posed by Rockstar’s delayed release, Insomniac Games has shown no signs of concern.
